Presenter Guidelines

MBD2026 Presenter Guidelines

We look forward to welcoming you to the 4th International Conference on Museum Big Data (MBD2026), 12–14 November 2026, Sofia, Bulgaria.

In-person presentations

Each presentation is allocated a 15-minute slot. Presenters are therefore kindly asked to prepare a presentation of approximately 12 minutes, allowing the remaining time for transition and discussion.

Presentations may be prepared in PowerPoint or any other presentation format or style of your choice.

To help sessions run smoothly, in-person presenters are kindly asked to bring a copy of their presentation on a USB drive and make it available to the technical team or Session Chair before the beginning of their session.

Online presentations

Presenters participating online are kindly asked to prepare a pre-recorded video presentation of approximately 12 minutes.

The video should be submitted in MP4 format by 31 October 2026, so that all online presentations can be prepared and tested in advance.

You may use any software or recording method you prefer to prepare your video.

Please name your video file using the surnames of the paper’s authors, separated by underscores, for example:
Papaioannou_Dobreva.mp4

Please upload your presentation here:  https://www.easyacademia.org/mbd2026

Online presenters should also join their session live and remain available for questions, comments and discussion following their presentation.
